Norman Bromley Partnership are proud to have provided professional services in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering services for the design of Frestonia, 125/135 Freston Road, London W11.
NBP worked closely with the other members of the design team to integrate the mechanical and electrical engineering services into the buildings design.
The engineering services to the building includes the provision of heating and cooling to all Tenant areas utilising a 2 pipe VRV system. Separate boiler plant and extract systems serve the Landlord areas. Electrical distribution and communications cable route networks offer flexibility for the individual Tenant`s requirements. The building shall be provided with two machine room less traction lifts. Security includes door entry systems with video and audio links to each floor, CCTV and intruder alarm systems. The external decorative and amenity lighting has been designed in conjunction with the Architect to illuminate the entrances, civic area and selected building features such as the curved roof.
